I think you need to add to these comments more about how each feature contributes to the mood, theme or brand image of the magazine. As it is you simply tell me what function each has - eg 'masthead to tell us what the magazine is called.' tell me about how the font is designed, why is it in that colour, what does the word mean and why is it suitable for this kind of magazine. Pass level only at the moment.
